X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that all compounds crystallize in a monoclinic symmetry, with varying degree of structural distortion that increases in moving from La$^{3+}$ to smaller size cation Sm$^{3+}$. Electrical resistivity studies indicate insulating behaviour in all compounds, with variable-range-hopping domination at low temperatures, due to presence of anti-site disorder. AC susceptibility and heat capacity measurements suggest suppression of frustration in Sm-bearing compounds, affecting the magnetic behavior. Our first-principles calculations suggest that the combined effects of lattice distortion and Sm magnetism play a crucial role in weakening magnetic frustration, thereby rationalizing the experimental observations. These findings shed light on the complex interplay of crystal structure and magnetism in Cu-Ru double perovskites, and open up an avenue for tuning of magnetic properties through rare-earth-ion We were interested in what kind of education and care services these families want for their children, how they like the services they are getting, or why they are not using these services. We wanted to find out how to make services work in the best way possible. Therefore we conducted a research project in six neighbourhoods around Australia, including Fitzroy. We talked to families about their early education and care services: the services that they use or not, whether they like their situation, where they find information, whether they get any payments from government, what good care and education means to them and what would help them with getting the care or education they want. Theconstruction does not require drawing a segment of length π,nor does it contradict the classical impossibility of constructingπ directly. Instead, the ratio π/2 arises naturally and indirectly from the geometry of a specific rectangle together with a quarter  circle.  A specific point determined solely by circle intersec-tions, midpoints, and diagonal relationships is shown throughexact coordinate equations to lie precisely on the diagonal ofthe rectangle. This point fixes the height of the rectangle allowing the construction of a square whose area is exactlyequal to that of a given circle. It implements three approaches within the same workflow: the constant-density polyhedral method, a layered mascon approximation based on tetrahedral decomposition, and the Potential Series Expansion Method (PSEM). The package handles shape-model preprocessing, builds the selected gravity representation, and evaluates potentials and accelerations efficiently. The three implemented methods serve different regimes: the polyhedral model provides a reference solution near the surface, the mascon model supports layered internal density structures, and PSEM offers fast evaluation outside the Brillouin sphere once the polynomial coefficients have been generated. Validation tests against the polyhedral solution show that the mascon and PSEM models reproduce the reference potential with small relative errors while reducing evaluation costs. This feature can not be described within canonically normalized, minimally coupled, self-interacting scalar field models. We investigate the possibility of achieving phantom crossing by introducing an interaction in the dark sector such that the dark matter particle mass is dependent on the dark energy field $ϕ$ as $m \\propto ϕ^α$. We consider a self-interacting potential of the inverse power-law form $V \\propto ϕ^{-β}$. We implement this model both at the background and perturbative levels in a Boltzmann solver and use a bayesian framework to constrain its parameters using using CMB, BAO and SNIa data. We find best-fits that have similar goodness-of-fits as the commonly used phenomenological $w_0-w_a$ parameterization, providing a more fundamental understanding of the dark has recently become a topic of widespread interest. To understand the learning protocol's error tolerances, i.e. its stability in the presence of inevitable errors, this work utilizes tensor network techniques to emulate Hamiltonian learning workflows at scale and with noise. Specifically, we employed a Hamiltonian learning technique based on approximate stationary states which are constructed using matrix product tools. We provide analytic bounds on the Hamiltonian learning estimation errors and perform numerical simulations that highlight learning error's stability under two families of errors. Using our workflow, we are able to scale up the protocol and learn mixed-field Ising model Hamiltonians of an $N=300$ site spin chain. By simulating the protocol at large scale, and empirically studying its practical limitations, our analysis of how errors affect the Hamiltonian learning process provides valuable lessons for future experiments. A Nakanishi–Lautrup auxiliary field gives an exactly off-shell nilpotent BRST differential and BRST-exact gauge fixing.\n\nAnomaly cancellation is established only for explicitly declared chiral representations, with all required weak and color spectator multiplicities. The projector/frame connection has its correct inhomogeneous transformation law, while physical gauge coupling requires an independently normalized, complete action-level source-Gram operator. Imported electroweak gauge/Higgs terms and separately declared fermion, Yukawa, and screened-source terms are nonoverlapping. The neutral spectrum contains exactly one photon; any electroweak doublet and stiffness are conditional inputs. Five ultraviolet boundaries remain distinct, and no physical control or Parent-matching scale is selected.\n\nThe accompanying reproducibility package contains two independently executable clean-kernel notebooks, exact BRST/anomaly/single-photon certificates, complete manuscript sources, verification scripts, and seven SHA-256-verified generated artifacts. Its imported fixed-content one-loop benchmark uses the predeclared synthetic rational boundary data (g1, g2, g3, y, lambda_H) = (0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 0.5, 0.2) on the strictly dimensionless interval x = 1–1000. No measured coupling, particle mass, flavor observable, physical energy scale, or fitting target enters the construction. The imported Higgs quartic is separate from the neutral Parent coherence quartic.\n\nThe result is conditional off-shell BRST/EFT consistency, correctly typed gauge interfaces, and a finite illustrative renormalization benchmark. It does not claim a microscopic quantum-particle theorem, ultraviolet completion, Parent-derived Standard Model matter content, global vacuum stability, or predictions of measured
