This study investigated the glucose-lowering effects of methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) compared with metformin in a model of alloxan-induced diabetes. Alloxan selectively destroys pancreatic beta cells, leading to decreased insulin secretion and hyperglycemia. Four groups of rabbits (4 per group) were used: control, alloxan, metformin, and MSM groups. Fasting blood glucose levels were measured 24 hours after the end of dosing for all groups. MSM and metformin significantly reduced hyperglycemia, but MSM showed better results compared to metformin, possibly due to its protective effects on pancreatic beta cells. Because this equation is implicit in the friction factor many solutions have been developed to simplify the calculation while considering a reasonable accuracy. In 2025 Große-Dunker [1] has proposed a one-step iterative solution, that requires the calculation of only two logarithm functions and provides highest accuracy as well as least CPU time. In this paper, for a further reduction of the CPU load, several iterative solutions are developed and examined, that only need one single logarithm calculation. In the first part of this examination these solutions are compared against each other in a chart of CPU time versus accuracy, the three best provide errors of 1.0·10‑4, 1.9·10-6 and 4.1·10‑8. In the second part these three solutions are compared with 34 solutions from the literature, among them 6 solutions that also require only one logarithm calculation, and they prove to be the fastest in the accuracy range of interest.\n\nConclusion:\n\nThis examination proves, that the Colebrook-White equation can be solved very fast and very accurately with iterative approaches, that require besides basic arithmetic operations only one single logarithm calculation. The recommended solutions are based on a simple concept, consisting of an accurate initial starting point and a one-step iteration with a strong convergence method. By setting the order of the convergence method to 2, 3 or 4, the error of the solutions can be tailored to 1.0·10‑4, 1.9·10‑6 and 4.1·10‑8, the related accuracies are 4.0, 5.7 and 7.4 minimal accurate digits (MAD). The present study deals with the effect of GST on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Vijayapura City. The research uses primary data obtained from 63 MSMEs who have been selected using convenience sampling technique by using a structured questionnaire. The research design of this study was descriptive research and data analysis was carried out by percentage analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis and correlation analysis which was assisted by SPSS. High internal consistency was obtained from the questionnaire with a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.886. The results show that GST has positively affected business transparency, competition, management of working capital and sales growth. But, challenges persist for MSMEs with tax compliance, return filing, and regular changes in the GST regulations. By grounding these engines in a medical knowledge graph and utilizing advanced Document AI models (e.g., LayoutLMv3 and DONUT) for medical record extraction, DocAI provides a robust diagnostic tool that connects patients directly to clinical specialists. Рассмотрены вопросы оценки рисков, оптимизации кредиторской задолженности, финансового прогнозирования в режиме реального времени и оценки результативности деятельности. We built the test that does not lie: measure the candidate against the model already running, on your own tasks, the same day, and require it to match or beat the incumbent on every axis your product depends on, not just the one number everyone checks first. Applied to a real candidate, that discipline rejected a model that scored 95.1% on tool-routing against our incumbent's 84.3%, because the same model regressed in all 27 languages we ship, including English, and answered a well-documented history question with state-aligned denial. A second candidate failed for a single language out of twenty-seven that a spot-check would have missed entirely.
