In our previous study, infants showed greater attention to congruent pairings between emotionally expressive instrumental music and positive (caress) or negative (hit) physical interactions, providing evidence that infants perceive these first-order social interactions (Premack \u0026amp; Premack, 1997) in accordance with their underlying emotional valence.\n\nThe present study investigates whether this emotional-valence mapping extends to helping and hindering, which are second-order interactions that require evaluating one agent’s actions in relation to another agent’s goal. Specifically, we examine helping and hindering using a geometric-agent hill paradigm (Hamlin et al., 2007; Lucca et al., 2025). Whereas caressing and hitting involve directly positive or negative physical actions, helping and hindering require infants to evaluate the consequences of an agent’s actions for another agent’s goal. Using the same cross-modal preferential looking paradigm as in our previous study (Xiao et al., 2018), we pair emotionally positive and negative instrumental music with helping and hindering interactions between geometric agents. Ensuring high standards of diagnostic accuracy while minimizing clinical risk and patient radiation exposure requires a multi-professional and integrated governance strategy. However, Clinical Governance, Quality Management Systems (QMS), clinical risk management, and Radiation Protection are often addressed as separate domains, potentially limiting the development of coordinated quality and safety strategies. This scoping review maps the available evidence, regulatory frameworks, and operational models supporting their integration within the Italian National Health Service (SSN).\nObjectives:\n1. To identify and map organizational models integrating Clinical Governance, Quality Management, clinical risk management, and Radiation Protection across Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology services.\n2. To examine the relationship between relevant Italian legislative requirements (e.g., Legislative Decree 101/2020 on radiation protection and Law 24/2017 on patient safety) and international quality standards (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 7101:2023).\n3. To synthesize operational strategies addressing safety checklists, Diagnostic Reference Levels (DRLs), Radiation Dose Monitoring Systems (RDMS), contrast media safety, digital workflows, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration.\n4. To identify existing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and propose an integrated KPI framework for evaluating the performance of multidisciplinary radiology teams.\nMethods \u0026amp; Eligibility Criteria (PCC Framework):\nThis scoping review was conducted in accordance with the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) methodology and the PRISMA-ScR (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews) guidelines.\n\nEligibility criteria were structured according to the PCC framework:\n\n-Population (P): Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology services and their multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including Radiologists, TSRM/Radiographers, Medical Physicists, and Nurses.\n-Concept (C): Clinical Governance models, Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 7101:2023), Clinical Risk Management (patient safety, safety checklists, contrast media safety), Radiation Protection (Diagnostic Reference Levels [DRLs], Radiation Dose Monitoring Systems [RDMS], optimization, and justification), and digital innovation, including Artificial Intelligence (AI).\n-Context (C): Public and accredited private healthcare facilities operating within the Italian National Health Service (SSN).\nSources published between January 1, 2016 and July 31, 2026 were eligible for inclusion.\n\nResults \u0026amp; Corpus:\nA structured search of PubMed and Scopus, supplemented by Google Scholar and targeted searches of institutional and professional sources (AGENAS, SIRM, FNO TSRM-PSTRP), identified a final corpus of 67 unique sources. Thematic analysis mapped these sources across three primary operational pillars: (1) Quality Management Systems \u0026amp; Standards; (2) Clinical Risk Management \u0026amp; Safety Checklists; and (3) Radiation Protection, Optimization \u0026amp; Dose Monitoring. The three categories were not mutually exclusive, with individual sources contributing to more than one thematic domain. Excessive CTSK activity contributes to increased bone resorption and the pathogenesis of osteoporosis.\nThis review focuses on identifying and synthesizing evidence for natural compounds capable of directly inhibiting CTSK involved in bone resorption. The prespecified claim appeared on 27 of those 283 records (9.54%, Wilson 95% CI 6.64-13.53); assumption-free frame-level bounds over the 79 unevaluable records are 7.46-29.28%.\n\nThe nutrition and ingredient coding tables are deliberately NOT included. Their evidence rows carry no archived artefact and no hash, and their recorded capture time equals the product's coding time in every row, so the record does not establish that the underlying surface was observed. They do not meet the evidence-admissibility standard this study applies to its own data. The review is designed to move beyond a narrow focus on tablet receipt or individual adherence and to identify determinants operating across interconnected personal, family/community, institutional/health-system, programme/implementation and policy/national levels.\n\nThe review will include quantitative, qualitative and mixed-methods evidence, together with relevant grey literature. The review will examine factors influencing receipt, initiation, regular consumption, adherence, compliance, continuation and completion of IFA supplementation. These may include knowledge and perceptions, side effects, forgetfulness and perceived need; family and community beliefs and support; antenatal counselling and health-worker interactions; accessibility, follow-up and supplement availability; supply-chain and distribution mechanisms; outreach, supervision and monitoring; and programme and policy implementation.\n\nThe evidence will be charted using a standardized form and synthesized descriptively, narratively and thematically rather than through statistical pooling. Findings will be organized using a five-level framework: personal; family/community; institutional/health-system; programme/implementation; and policy/national. Particular attention will be given to interactions across levels, because IFA use may reflect the combined influence of individual experience, social support, health-worker counselling, availability of supplements and programme implementation.\n\nExpected outputs are a map of the evidence base, a structured characterization of barriers and facilitators, identification of cross-level pathways, identification of geographical and methodological evidence gaps, and priorities for future research and programme framework designed to improve agricultural productivity, farmer income, crop suitability, and food production through region-specific agricultural planning. The framework recognizes that agricultural conditions differ between regions and therefore proposes that crop selection and farming practices should be adapted to the characteristics of each region.\nUnder the proposed system, government agricultural researchers would study regional soil and agricultural conditions and recommend suitable crops and seeds. Farmers would receive structured financial compensation, including a salary and a share of agricultural revenue. Agricultural production and distribution would be organized to provide farmers with greater income stability while maintaining efficient food production.\nThe framework also proposes a formal mechanism through which farmers can communicate complaints and concerns to the relevant authorities. OSA has been associated with structural, microstructural, functional, vascular, and metabolic brain alterations, potentially related to intermittent hypoxemia, sleep fragmentation, sympathetic activation, and impaired vascular regulation. Although CPAP is the first-line treatment for OSA, the extent to which OSA-related brain abnormalities recover, stabilize, or persist following treatment remains uncertain.\n\nThe purpose of this review is to systematically synthesize the available longitudinal MRI evidence on brain changes following CPAP therapy in adults with OSA. The review encompasses multiple neuroimaging domains, including structural MRI, diffusion MRI, resting-state and task-based functional MRI, cerebral perfusion and cerebrovascular reactivity imaging, magnetic resonance spectroscopy, susceptibility-related imaging, and perivascular-space assessment. Eligible studies include longitudinal pre- and post-CPAP investigations as well as studies comparing CPAP-treated participants with untreated OSA, sham CPAP, best supportive care/usual care, or healthy control groups.\n\nThe review also examines whether reported neuroimaging changes vary according to factors such as CPAP treatment duration and adherence, baseline OSA severity, comparator group, MRI technique, and anatomical region or brain network. Because the available studies are substantially heterogeneous in imaging methodology, acquisition and processing approaches, treatment exposure, outcome definitions, and statistical reporting, the evidence is synthesized qualitatively rather than through quantitative meta-analysis.\n\nThe project is intended to provide an integrated overview of the extent and pattern of treatment-related brain changes reported after CPAP, identify areas in which findings are consistent or heterogeneous across neuroimaging modalities, and highlight methodological and evidence gaps that should be addressed in future longitudinal studies. We aim to investigate if PFs play a role in the evolution and the management of RA as they take in RCRSP or P-NSLBP. The protocol was not prospectively registered before searching, screening, data extraction, or synthesis, and this registration should not be interpreted as prospective preregistration. Digital teaching expanded rapidly during the COVID-19 emergency and continues through hybrid, robot-mediated, metaverse, and artificial-intelligence-supported education. Yet evidence about teacher resilience and adaptation remains conceptually and methodologically dispersed. This PRISMA 2020-guided systematic review mapped how resilience and adaptation are conceptualized, which psychological constructs and indirect statistical pathways have been studied, and where important evidence gaps remain. Web of Science and Scopus records exported on 21 and 23 February 2026 yielded 3,184 records; 27 English-language empirical studies were included after duplicate removal, screening, retrieval, and full-text eligibility assessment. Data were extracted into a structured matrix, synthesized descriptively and thematically, and appraised with the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT) 2018. The corpus comprised 11 qualitative, 9 quantitative non-randomized, 5 mixed-methods, and 2 quantitative descriptive studies, involving at least 11,199 teachers or teacher educators. 21 studies concerned COVID-19/emergency remote teaching and six examined emerging technologies. 6 non-mutually-exclusive themes were identified: personal psychological resources and coping (22/27), pedagogical adaptation, agency, and innovation (21/27), digital competence, self-efficacy, and readiness (19/27), contextual and structural constraints (18/27), well-being-related outcomes (16/27), and social or institutional support (13/27). 7 studies tested indirect effects, but all used cross-sectional quantitative components; none formally tested contextual moderation or evaluated an intervention. MMAT findings supported qualitative coherence while highlighting confounding, representativeness, nonresponse, and weakest-component limitations in quantitative and mixed-methods evidence. The evidence therefore supports a context-embedded descriptive account of resilience and adaptation.
