The phylogenetic analysis of the Bat coronavirus (HKU4 group) S1 subunit protein sequence.

The phylogenetic analysis of the Bat coronavirus (BatCoV)
(HKU4-group) S1 subunit protein sequence has been made by the Maximum
Likelihood method. The
evolutionary history has been inferred by using the Maximum Likelihood method
and JTT matrix-based model. The tree with the highest log likelihood is shown.
The percentage of trees in which the associated taxa clustered together is
shown next to the branches. Fifty and above percentages are shown. Initial
trees for the heuristic search have obtained automatically by applying the Maximum
Parsimony method. The tree is drawn to scale, with branch lengths measured in
the number of substitutions per site. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in
MEGA X. The following abbreviations are applied:
BtCoV – Bat coronavirus, BtTp-BetaCoV – BtTp-Betacoronavirus, TylBatCoV
– Tylonycteris bat coronavirus, Tylpa – Tylonycteris pachypus. Stars designate
protein sequences used in the summarized phylogenetic tree of the
Betacoronaviruses S1 subunit. The numbers in front of sequence annotation are
the unique sequence numbers for each S/S1 sequence for more comfortable use.
