This dataset contains 16 hours of coordinated signal operations (vehicle arrival times and coordinated phase status) for a four-intersection signalized arterial in Noblesville, Indiana in 2009. The dataset was used to test alternative algorithms for optimizing signal offsets. The dataset accompanies the paper, "Computational Efficiency of Alternative Arterial Offset Optimization Algorithms," by C.M. Day and D.M. Bullock, to appear in an issue of Transportation Research Record in 2011.
