These test instances are used to reflect real-world changes in customer geographies based on their locations. The test instances are constructed from different counties in Illinois. Each county in the case study has ten instances that each include a depot location (denoted by 0) and 50 customers (denoted as 1-50). Three of the counties (Cook County, Adams County, and Cumberland County) also have five instances that each include a depot location (denoted by 0) and 100 customers (denoted as 1-100). The file "County_i" (or "County_100_i") gives the latitude and longitude of each depot/customer location in the i-th instance of the particular County. The file "County_i_Driving" (or "County_100_i_Driving") gives the distance (meters) and driving time (minutes) matrices between all customers (plus the depot) in the i-th instance of a particular County. The file
"County_i_Walking" (or "County_100_i_Walking") gives the distance (meters) and walking time (minutes) matrices between all customers in the i-th instance of a particular County. The objective-values file has been updated to reflect a correction to the original code that affected a few of the instances.
