Simulations were conducted in Surface Evolver, Version 2.71c. See http://facstaff.susqu.edu/brakke/evolver/evolver.html.
We saved a dump file at each time step and from this extracted the information given below.
For each of the two simulations (monodisperse, polydisperse) there are four files containing information required to reconstruct the fields of stress, texture, topological changes, and velocity. To generate the figures in the paper we analysed this data using bespoke C programs and plotted the result using gnuplot, Version 4.4 (http://www.gnuplot.info/).
