- Atrial Fibrillation- Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
- Type 2 Diabetes (T2D)
- Stroke (any type)
These scores were used to test associations between polygenic risk of these diseases and levels of 3,442 plasma proteins in 3,175 healthy individuals from the INTERVAL blood donor cohort.
Each PRS file contains a set of 1.96 - 2.21 million SNPs, their genomic location (hg19/GRCh37 coordinates), and weights (effect sizes from GWAS).
