Bei besonders vielen gewerblichen Adressen\n im Haus wird der Haustyp als extrem gewerblich genutztes Haus eingestuft. Ein- bis\n Zweifamilienhäuser werden zusätzlich danach unterschieden, ob die Bebauung in der Straße\n bzw. dem Straßenabschnitt homogen ist oder nicht. Es wird zwischen folgenden sieben\n Haustypen unterschieden: 1-2 Familienhäuser in homogen bebautem Straßenabschnitt; 1-2\n Familienhäuser in nicht homogen bebautem Straßenabschnitt; 3-5 Familienhäuser; 6-9\n Familienhäuser; Wohnblocks mit 10-19 Haushalten; Hochhäuser mit 20 und mehr Haushalten;\n überwiegend gewerblich genutzte Häuser. Anhand des Bebauungstyps können in Analysen\n bereits Rückschlüsse auf geografische Informationen gezogen werden, wie die Lage im Raum\n bzw. Stadtgebiet: Während in Städten vornehmlich Mehrfamilienhäuser stehen, ist das\n Bebauungsbild in ländlichen Regionen von Ein- und Zweifamilienhäusern geprägt (microm\n 2014, S.
