The deposited materials support the observed-damage capture analysis, asset-dependency treatment, recovery–redamage reconstruction, road-exposure analysis, topographic analysis, and associated sensitivity checks. The analytical evidence cutoff is 30 August 2026. Third-party satellite imagery and original third-party binary datasets are not redistributed in this repository; their original sources are identified in the manuscript and accompanying
