            This dataset comprises the occurrences associated to the riverine invertebrate specimens collected from pool mesohabitat of slightly altered rivers located in Campania, Salerno Province (Italy). Each row in the dataset corresponds to a single vial related to a single sampling event (site and date) and to a specific sampling unit. The single vial contains one or more individuals of the same taxon. A catalogue number consisting of the collection code (CAMPNP) and a progressive six digit number is assigned to each row. This dataset is provided within the Activity WP6.6, &amp;#34;National Network of Aquatic Science Collections,&amp;#34; of the ITINERIS project - Italian Integrated Environmental Research Infrastructures System - CUP B53C22002150006.

Licence of use: both access and use are free to any non-commercial user (CC-BY-NC 4.0).
